Gavin trained at the Miskin Theatre as an actor for 3 years before going on to one of London’s top drama schools; Arts Educational School, where he won the Laurence Olivier Bursary award, and from where he graduated in 2005.  He has since appeared in all media, from the stage revival of ‘Beautiful Thing’ working alongside Andrew Garfield to various TV roles in dramas such as ‘Foyle’s War’, ‘Torchwood’, ‘Holby City’, ‘Howards End’ and many more. He has appeared in various feature films such as ‘Cass’, ‘In Fabric’ and most recently ‘Doom’. Gavin has worked at the Miskin a director since 2006 and directed a number of shows and in 2016 set up the ‘Acting for TV and Film’ course, which is highly successful.
