Debbie Simms is a Learning Support Practitioner and has worked at North Kent College since 2011.

For the last five years, she has supported the actors who are studying at the Miskin Theatre, with their academic work. This work requires the actors to carry out research and to reflect on what they are learning on the rehearsal floor.

Debbie supports those who have a range of learning needs, to help them achieve their potential.
