Andrew Pettitt is a songwriter/producer and is currently the Curriculum Manager for Miskin Music.

He has an extensive background as a recording artist and is published by Chrysalis Music Publishing. Andrew’s band, The Shortwave Set, released two critically acclaimed albums via Independiente (Sony) and Wall Of Sound (PIAS).  The band’s second album Replica Sun Machine was produced by Grammy award winning producer Danger Mouse and featured contributions from John Cale and Van Dyke Parks. The Shortwave Set’s music has appeared on the BBC, Channel 4, and Sky.

Andrew has toured throughout the UK and Europe with the likes of Spiritualised, Gnarls Barkley and Goldfrapp. He has also worked in artist management representing acts signed to Sony, Universal and EMI.
