An introduction to static trapeze workshop with this years Level 3 theatre actors, improving their strength, flexibility and coordination through aerial practice. The actors worked through a variety of basic positions to gain an understanding of correct technique on the kit. The acting industry now requires actors to acquire extra skills that not only develop essential acting techniques but also combine their craft in an artistically innovative way.
