Exciting Opportunity for Young Dancers!

 

We are holding a free Taster Day here at the Miskin, for young performers aged 12 and upwards.

We have an outstanding and creative department here at the Miskin Theatre, we are lucky to be able to work with a variety of the top industry specialists from across all aspects of the performing arts industry. This has allowed us a high level of success in regards to student’s progression onto both vocational training and employment. Some of these being Performers College, Urdang, Masters, Birds, Laine Theatre Arts, Thomson Cruises, Carnival Cruise Lines, X-Factor, West End, ‘Little Mix Tour’, Crystal Cruises.

 

 

We would like to invite young performers to a day of dance on TUESDAY 28TH MAY. This will give you the opportunity to meet and work with Industry led choreographers and other young performers that are keen to enter the Performing Arts Industry.

Please can we ask that you arrive at 10.45am and we will meet you in the theatre foyer, the day will run from 11am-3pm. Please bring with you suitable clothing and footwear that you can dance in. The day will include sessions in jazz, contemporary, commercial and musical theatre.

The canteen will not be available for snacks and lunches due to being half term so please bring lunch with you.

Throughout the day you will be given the opportunity to ask any questions they may have regarding any of the courses that we offer at the Miskin.
